• Payment information: payment status, amounts, etc. (card numbers are received directly by our payment provider; we do not receive them)
• Service records: number of bags and tag numbers, check-in and pick-up records, etc.
• The content of your inquiries
• Information from your use of the website: IP address, browser type, access time, etc. (to prevent abuse and investigate failures)

2. Purposes of use

• Accepting, confirming, changing and cancelling bookings, and providing the Services
• Sending confirmation emails, payment notices, verification codes for looking up bookings and other messages
• Charging fees and making refunds
• Responding to inquiries
• Preventing fraudulent bookings and unauthorized access, and operating the website securely
• Statistics for improving the Services (in a form that does not identify individuals)

3. Provision to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Service providers (including those outside Japan)

We entrust the handling of personal information to the following providers within the scope of the purposes above, and require them by contract to handle it appropriately.

• Google LLC (USA): servers and database for the booking system (Google Cloud; data stored in a data center in Tokyo, Japan), and the store map
• Stripe, Inc. (USA): online payments
• Resend, Inc. (USA): sending confirmation and other emails
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): detection of automated submissions (Turnstile)
• Partners we arrange for sightseeing and transfers (guides, drivers, etc.): only what is needed to provide the service (name, number of people, date and time, meeting place, etc.)

5. Providers outside Japan

The US providers above handle personal information under US law. The US does not have a comprehensive personal data protection law equivalent to Japan's, but each provider has its own privacy policy and security measures. Information on other countries' systems is available on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

6. Security measures

• Booking information can be viewed only by our authorized staff (restricted sign-in and role-based permissions).
• All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Booking links in emails expire, and looking up bookings requires a verification code sent to the email address used for the booking.

7. Retention

We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the Services, process accounting and respond to inquiries, and for any period required by law.

8. Information stored in your browser

The website temporarily stores your in-progress input and booking lookup state in your browser (session storage). We do not use advertising tracking. To detect automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile), the information needed for that check is sent to Cloudflare.

9. Requests for disclosure, correction, etc.

If you request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or suspension of provision to third parties of your personal information, we will verify your identity and respond without delay in accordance with the law. Please contact us below.
